Delivery

When do I receive my key?

Most local stock products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Your key is sent by email and can also be revealed from your order page after verification.

Guest Orders

Can I buy without an account?

Yes. Guest checkout is available. You must provide a valid email address so we can send your order access and digital delivery details.

Payments

Which payment methods are supported?

SIZO currently uses Chargily Checkout with CIB and Edahabia payment support for Algerian customers.

Order Access

Why verify the order email before showing keys?

This extra step protects delivered codes from being exposed to the wrong person after payment return, shared browser sessions, or forwarded order links.

Failed Payment

What happens if my payment fails?

Your order stays pending and you can retry payment from checkout or the order page. Delivered keys are never assigned until the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Can digital products be refunded?

Refunds depend on delivery status and key usage. Read the full refund terms before purchase, especially for instantly delivered digital goods.
